One Way to Brew Kava

  • Use 25-50 grams of kava 1/4 cup - 2/3 cup 2 cups of water (or more if a longer session is desired).
  • Room temp water is fine, no hotter than 120F.
  • Knead with a strainer for 4 minutes, then wring out.
  • Chill with ice (tastes better cold) Drink quickly and on an empty stomach for best effects.
