This coffee was produced by 20 women in the municipalities of Pitalito, Oporapa, Saladoblanco, in Huila, Colombia. All of these coffees were produced on small farms of justa. few acres. During the harvest, each producer carefully handpicks cherries. The washing process includes depulping and fermenting for prolonged periods of up to 60 hours.

All Liminal Brew coffee (unless otherwise stated) is roasted relatively light. We let the coffee develop a bit after first crack to best bring out the natural flavors within the coffee without over or under developing them.
